Split your team up into smaller groups. All groups start at one end line, and upon your call, the first player in each group dribbles towards a target, typically a disc or cone (each group has their own one). The player dribbles around the target and returns to the group, after which the next player in the group dribbles toward the target. The process repeats until all players in the group have gone. It's a race, so whichever group finishes first wins.
Note - be careful with this one, as it risks going against the rules of avoiding lines. However, when done properly it can be a great game. The key is to limit your relay teams to a small number, three or four players at most. If you have a bigger relay team, the line is too long and the kids will get distracted.
If you have an uneven number or players in each group, have one player go twice to even it out. For variety, add obstacles, or require that players practice specific moves while dribbling to and from the target.
