Tap Dancing

This game only involves a small amount of ball control, but it's a great exercise to get the heart pumping, building stamina and cardiovascular strength.

The player starts with the ball directly in front of them, with one foot on top of it. The player then jumps and switches places so their opposite foot is on top of the ball. This keeps up to achieve a left-right-left-right... pace, speeding up as the player advances. The goal is to do it as fast as they can!

For added variety, have the players slowly move the ball (and their bodies) forward as they practice this drill. Then try backwards.
